Parsa K'mnzi is the the first Arctic [[lcars:kit|Kit]] vixen to leave her home solar system of [[Rhak’t]]. Grand Niece of the wealthy and influential [[Jara K'mnzi]], Parsa joined the [[USS Brahe]] following that ship's encounter with the [[Kit Commune]]. By 2423, Parsa had left the Brahe to purse scientific and cultural research for the Kit Commune.

Like most Kit born into the prestigious K’mnzi household, Parsa a was afforded some of the top education and training opportunities available to a Kit. Compounded with this is the Kit social pressure for Arctic vixens, who are prophosized to one day lead the Kit people out of the [[The Thirst]] and into a new [[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Golden_Age|Golden Age]]. As such, she was afforded the best tutors, training, and equipment money could buy, in addition to special attention from Matron [[Jara K'mnzi]].

In 2421, Parsa assisted officers from the [[USS Brahe]] in uncovering a conspiracy involving shadow elements of the [[lcars:kit_commune|Kit Government]]. Kit media hailed Parsa's contributions as seminal and many apocryphal adaptations were created as a result.

Parsa was permitted to join the Brahe as part of an officer exchange program alongside her close friend and aunt, [[Tri'a K'mnzi]] and fellow scientist [[Sa'Ren Sk'llian]]. There, Parsa contributed various scientific observations and participated in a notable excursion into the [[Infinity Library]].

In 2423, Parsa left the [[USS Brahe]] for an independent research expedition funded and equipped by the [[Kit Commune]].
